What does the Code Alerts price include?+
Your monthly plan includes the daily hotline check, your choice of color-only or full-message alerts, text, call, or email delivery, preferred contact times, transcript replay, PIN management, and support.
What does Court Broadcaster include?+
Court teams can plan testing colors, prepare one approved message, generate phone audio with text to speech, and deliver by supported call, text, and email workflows. Rollout review and support are included.
Why does court pricing change with participant count?+
Every court gets the same core planning and broadcast workflow. The monthly rate scales with the number of participants the program serves because delivery volume and rollout support grow with it.
Why is Code Alerts only $3.99/month?+
Automation removes the repetitive work, so the price stays low while you still get alert controls, transcript replay, and multiple delivery channels.
How do trials and pilots work?+
- Code Alerts trial: 2 weeks free with calling, or 1 month free with text/email only — then $3.99/month.
- Court Broadcaster pilot: up to 30 days (text/email) or 14 days (calls), for up to 250 participants. Larger rollouts use a custom pilot.
How do I cancel?+
Participants can cancel Code Alerts from their account settings. Authorized court staff can cancel Court Broadcaster billing from the court workspace. Support can help if you cannot access either account.
Will a court know the exact price before starting?+
Yes. We confirm the participant range, delivery needs, pilot terms, and monthly price with a verified court contact before the rollout begins. Sending a review request does not purchase the service.
